SunGas Renewables, a spin-out of GTI Energy, is taking a leading role in decarbonization through providing its System 1000 renewable syngas product to third parties for renewable hydrogen and biofuels production while also developing and investing in low-carbon biofuels businesses.
C2X is aiming to make a significant contribution to a fossil-free future by accelerating the availability of green methanol in large quantities, and has invested in SunGas to support continued development of SunGas’ Beaver Lake Renewable Energy project. Together with C2X, SunGas plans to develop, own, and operate multiple renewable fuels production facilities in North America.
A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S, also known simply as Maersk, is a Danish shipping and logistics company founded in 1904. A.P. Moller-Maersk has signed an offtake agreement with SunGas to purchase fuel from the Beaver Lake Renewable Energy facility.
